Wiip
The Wiid is an open source modchip similar to the Chiip
and OpenWii
but the
main difference is that you can actually purchase the chip "ready made" and do
not have to build it. It is a very cheap Modchip so ideal for those people
who are on a budget.
The Wiip allows you 
to play backups from all Wii regions and also Gamecube
backups.
