The Wiikey is regarded as one of the best Wii Modchips available and thus is
also the most popular.
One of the reasons for its popularity is its ease of use once installed.
The firmware for the Modchip is regularly updated and also very easily
implemented via the DVD drive. A unique feature of the Wiikey is
that you can backup your games onto SD cards.
The Wiikey allows Wii backups, Gamecube backups and Homebrew Apps and
emulators to be played on the Wii.
Wiikey offers a great selection of DVDR media to be used to read your backups.
In january 2008 the WiiKey official website has been taken down with hackers
